Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

By placing an order at alphavisualco.com, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have a parent's permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions, which apply to all orders placed for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes shall be binding unless agreed in writing and signed by us.

All personal information you provide, or that we obtain, is handled by alphavisualco.com as the party responsible for it. The information is used to ensure deliveries to you, for credit assessment, and to provide offers and catalog information. It is only available to alphavisualco.com and will not be shared with third parties.

You have the right to inspect the information held about you, and to request that we delete or correct it. By accepting these conditions, you agree to the above.

Events outside alphavisualco.com's control, which are not reasonably foreseeable, are considered force majeure and release the company from fulfilling its obligations. Examples include governmental action, new legislation, conflict, embargo, fire, flood, sabotage, security breach, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes, supplier delivery failures, and government decisions that negatively affect markets or products.

All products remain alphavisualco.com's property indefinitely. The price applicable is that set on the date you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are shown before you confirm the purchase. If you are under 18, you must have a parent's permission to buy.

All transfers are handled through dedicated third-party gateways for your protection. Card information is not stored and is handled over SSL encryption. Payment is due upon delivery of the photos unless otherwise pre-arranged. Payment not received within a reasonable time may accrue interest and/or be passed to collections.

Local charges such as sales tax and customs duty may apply depending on your region. These charges are at the customer's own expense.

Standard photography services include shooting at a single, pre-determined location. Additional photography at different locations requires extra travel and setup time. An additional fee, starting at $50, is charged for each additional location requiring more than 30 minutes of travel. Please discuss any such needs in advance so we can schedule accordingly.

alphavisualco.com reserves the right to amend any information — including prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase, and product offerings — without prior notice.

All sales are final. No refunds; no exceptions.
